  • Part-time, 8:00 am-6:00 pm ET

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing personalized services to Aspire Lifestyles Client’s customers in a fast-paced, home-based call center environment. The CSR provides high-quality customer service by handling inbound customer calls inquiring about debit card accounts and by offering additional assistance and services that meet or exceed the Client’s time and quality expectations.

This position requires executing card-member requests promptly and accurately, as well as responding to inquiries, by focusing on understanding Aspire Lifestyles' client service policies, systems, and legal compliance regulations as well as services.

Standard operating hours for this program are 24/7/365. Part-time Customer Service Representatives will work 15-34 hours weekly. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Handles customer requests on behalf of Aspire Lifestyles' client, from home office via phone.
  • Answers inbound telephone calls responding to customer inquiries and questions related to their debit card accounts.
  • Conducts initial customer assessment by gathering necessary information to document and resolve customer needs.
  • Represents client in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Uses client systems for handling customer information proficiently.
  • Attends meetings and trainings as required to obtain new and pertinent information about the client and their services.
  • Applies high-quality customer service guidelines while servicing customers.
  • Applies client and Aspire Lifestyles policies as applicable whenever interacting with customers.
  • Meets or exceeds all program metrics as outlined in training and manuals (e.g., attendance, quality, sales, etc.).
  • Other duties as assigned.

System, Telephone, and Office Requirements to be provided by the Customer Service Representative**:

  • Processor Speed - Single Processor: 2 GHz or higher; Dual Core Processor: 1GHz or higher
  • Operating System - Windows XP with Service Pack 3 or higher, Windows Vista with Service Pack 2 or later (32- and 64-bit), Windows 7(Windows 2000 or lower and MAC are not supported.)
  • Memory - 1 GB RAM or higher
  • Web Browser - Minimum: IE 6 with service pack 2 or IE 7
  • Internet Access – 1.5 Mbps or more, High Speed Internet Access - DSL or Cable Modem (Dial up, Satellite, and Wireless Connections are NOT allowed).

Job Requirements:

We are currently accepting applications for an October Concierge training class.

Training is currently scheduled for October 7 - 18, 2013, 10-am - 6pm ET, Monday - Friday. Openings for Full-time and Part-time Concierge with the following availabilities:  

  • Part-time, Monday -Sunday, 4:00 pm - 12:00 am Eastern Time
  • Part-time, Monday - Sunday, 12:00 am - 8:00 am Eastern Time (Overnight)
  • Full-time, Monday -Sunday, 12:00 pm - 12:00 am Eastern Time

This position is only available in the following states: AL, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MA, MI, MO, NH, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

The Concierge position is the focal point of the Aspire Lifestyles (previously VIPdesk) Concierge platform.  The position serves as an expert by assisting and responding to customer and/or client requests for information via phone, email, and/or chat.  The Concierge will fulfill the request through a variety of resources (Internet, team member or personal experience, partners, Aspire Lifestyles resources, etc.), and communicate responses in a prompt, professional, and concise manner.

 
Aspire Lifestyles operates 24/7/365. Part-time Concierges will be required to work up to 34 hours weekly. Weekend and holiday work is required. Fluency in English is required.

Fluency in one of the following languages is a plus: French, German, Italian, Polish and/or Spanish.
